During 2005/2006 MP Agencies Ltd, as Sole Channel Islands Agent for the Mantle Panel Building System, were able to undertake the development of a site in St Helier, Jersey that had previously been ignored by developers as being uneconomic and to tight as a construction site.
The envelopment consisted of 3x2 bedroom and 2x1 bedroom apartments plus a ground floor office and undercover parking for 7 vehicles. The site being sided by other properties on two sides and narrow roads on the other two sides made access difficult and very limited space within to work.
 

 
The Mantle Building System element of the development took a crew of 6 with no previous knowledge of the system just eight weeks to construct the external and internal structure of the building. The insulation within the system proved to be so good that the occupants of the apartments hardly ever used the installed underfloor heating during the whole of the winter 2006/2007.
